We will add a 10% surcharge/assembly fee to any orders that require barcoding, bagging or boxing.
Our products are handmade using traditional manufacturing methods - as a result we work on a lead-time which does vary depending upon the number of orders on our books. Please check the top of our Trade Page for the current lead-time. During peak season (August to December) and for large orders please allow longer to avoid disappointment. Also, please bear in mind that to complement our range, we do purchase some of our products either finished or part finished, this can therefore affect our lead-time too.
We do hold a stock of some products, so if your order is urgent please contact us and we will try to assist you.
On receipt of your order please check it carefully. Should anything be missing or damaged you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Please note that you have no right to return goods under the UK Distance Selling Regulations if you are a business customer.
We do offer a bespoke service, however this service is not always available and will depend on our lead-time at the time. Please send a detailed enquiry, with sizes, quantities, pictures etc through e-mail to info@abbeyhorn.co.uk
We can only send a quote for a bespoke product once we have produced a sample, as the cost depends on the material used and the time taken to produce the product.
Working with natural materials and using traditional techniques, it is necessary for us to start our manufacturing process with more pieces than ordered as we know, due to natural flaws, a small number of pieces will be rejected during our production process.
On the very rare occasion, when each and every piece makes it through production, we end up with an excess of finished items to what has been ordered.
Therefore, quantities will be adjusted (upwards) to include any small production excess that may occur.
Bespoke items will be subject to a 25 piece minimum order quantity (MOQ)
The information above sets out Abbeyhorn’s Trade Terms & Conditions.
By submitting an order you will be confirming that you accept these T&C's.
