Excellent. Had a small issue with the first beaker I received, but was replaced without issue. Customer service is still conducted by human beings (!) and faultless. Happy to support a British manufacturer, and hope to buy from you again in future.

We purchased a clothes brush for our grandson's 18th birthday. The product itself was extremely well made and packaged ensuring it arrived in great condition. The blank silver disc, we had engraved with his initials, which made it extra special.

I saw a TV program showing various manufactures about the product they manufacture and Abbeyhorn
was one of those companies. I was looking for a birthday gift and wanted somthing unique and Abbyhorn fit the bill. The stein I ordered was outstanding and was topped off with my friends name this was an excellent choice. Everthing was top notch and when I need somthing unique Abbeyhorn will be my choice!

The service was excellent. I placed two orders at different times and the delivery was very good. I loved the bone whisky cups because they make a nice change from the normal whisky glass.
The quality was really good. They came in a lovely presentation box which made the present extra special.
I would certainly use Abbeyhorn again and recommend them to others looking for something different.
